North Kynouria is located in the eastern part of Peloponnese, between the northwestern shores of the Argolic Gulf and northern Laconia.
Its land area is 576.981 sq.km. Its population on 2011 was 10,341. It consists of 40 villages. Additionally, the ancient years bring many remarkable moments of history and culture in our modern times.
The area is full with olive trees, fir forests in the mountains, chestnut trees and a huge variety of animals living around.
